Jacket is a crop "Chanel style" or "cardigan jacket" with velvet trim. Decorative chest welt pockets with button. Buttons are black shank lucite or resin. Cuffs have decorative 4 button placket. Skirt is a high waist, above the knee pencil style. With a small back box pleat and velvet trim at waist.
