Vintage Montgomery Ward 1970s Cloud Blue Poly Chiffon Gown Dress. Empire waist with floor length ruffle hem. Zipper at back and pink iridescent lining. Neckline is layers of ruffles with middle bows. Union made in USA by ILGWU in 1975. In great vintage condition. Size S or 2/4 but please see measurements. Model is a 6 and dress is too small and cannot zip up. Washed by hand and ready to wear.
