Vintage 1980s Blue Taffeta Ruffle Neck Dress. Union made in USA by ILGWU AFL-CIO (label is on inside back zipper) Scalloped ruffles in a U shape collar at front and back neckline. V shape waistline with gathers at skirt. Length is below the knee at front with slightly longer back train. Back zipper with bow. Ruffled shoulder part has elastic so accommodates different body shapes. Tag says 8/10 but this is old sizing. Size M or 6/8. Model is a 6 and 5'8. Hand washed and ready to wear.
