Empire or baby doll waist has ribbon detail with bow at back. Flowing bottom with ruffle and lace detail at seam. Fully lined except for sleeves. Union made in USA. Fits a size XS or S or 4 but please verify with measurements below. Model is a size M or 6 and 5'8 and dress is too small(cannot zip up). In great vintage condition. Washed by hand and ready to wear.
