Vintage 1990s Rope and Elastic Cinch Belt with Brown leather. Natural off white cotton rope looped at front sides with brown leather buckle and side panels. Back has tan canvas elastic. So belt is somewhat adjustable. Made in France. Size M or L. In great vintage condition. See pictures and below measurements.
