Shipping policy

All orders are shipped regular mail with Canada Post. We have an efficient and low priced postal service so we use it! Depending on your choice please allow 3-10 days for Canada, 6-18 days United States, 1-2 weeks international. Tracking will be sent asap via email. 

Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped up to 3 business days of purchase. Once an item has been shipped, ARDITH is not responsible for packages lost stolen or damaged in transit. ARDITH is not responsible for any delays, returns, duties, taxes or other delivery decisions made by postal carriers and customs in your country but we will do our best to help locate your package and facilitate redelivery.
