1980s Vintage EBER of San Francisco Tropical Floral Dress. Cotton Hibiscus print with black background. Made in USA. Off shoulder neckline with staps to stay in place. Boning at front bustier and V shape waist yoke. Gathered Skirt and back zipper. Decorative tie belt at back. Tag says size 3. Fits a size XS or S. Model is a size M/6 and is too small. (cannot zip up at back). Please see measurements. In good vintage condition. Washed by hand and ready to wear.
