Vintage 1960s Penny Lane Blue Velvet Double Breasted Fitted Coat. Fabric covered buttons and waisted belt with buckle. Shearling fur trim at collar and hem. Side seam pockets. Purple satin lining. Union made in USA (ILGWU). In good vintage condition. Has small spot at belt and sleeve. I haven't tried to remove it though. See pictures. Not noticeable when worn. Fits a size S and mannequin is a size 4 but please see measurements for accuracy. Freshly steamed.
