Antique Victorian French Cotton Petticoat Skirt. Sourced in the UK. Made of white French cotton with fleur de lys embroidery and scalloped hem. Gathered waist with string that ties at back opening. Falls at mid calf level depending on height. In great antique condition. Has general wear. Amazing for its age...Fits and measures from a size S or M or 2/4/6 depending on desired fit.
