Victorian Revival 1980s White Organza Ruffle blouse with Puffy Sleeves. Made in Canada. Multi layer ruffle collar with curly edges. Voluminous sheer balloon or poet sleeves finished with cuffs. Body is lined with white satin. White pearl buttons at front opening and cuffs. Labelled a size 36 and fits a M/6. But please see measurements below for accuracy. In great condition.
