Vintage 1970s Pertti Palmroth Tan Leather Knee High Pull On High Heel Boots With Ankle Buckle. Designed and made in Finland. Stacked 3.5" high heel and 1/4" sole and rubber soles at bottom. Inside boot has a thin insulation and felted soles for warmth. Knee high and shape is straight leg and calf. Round toe. Ankle has strap with brass buckle. In new vintage condition. See pictures. Labelled an 9 and fits an 8/8.5 depending on thickness of sock. See below measurements.
