Vintage 1950s to 1960s structured bone grey with a hint of pistachio color lizard skin handbag made by Bellestone Bags, Inc. in New York City. Bellestone bags were sold by Saks Fifth Avenue and Bonwit Teller from the 1940s-1960s. Bellestone was known for their handcrafted bags made from quality leathers and skins. A Classic Kelly style bag with a natural finish and a tailored bone leather interior. Substantial high quality strong bag. Made with a reinforced inside panel at handle, a brass hinged frame, gold-tone hardware, and sitting on four brass feet.
