Vintage Early 1970s Courrèges Iconic Cotton Rib Knit Mock Neck Sweater. Original piece from 1972 production. Made in France. 100% cotton white ivory all over rib. Tubular rib at neck cuffs and hem. Mock neck collar and slim fit body. Courrèges logo embroidered patch at front under neckline.
The house of Courrèges was inspired by the Mod French 1960s pop stars like Jane Birkin and Fraçoise Hardy. This pullover is rare in its original form especially the white/ ivory color. See pictures of its advertising from 1972.
In excellent condition. Bought at high end estate sale. Labelled a size "C" and fits and measures from a size SM or M or 4 or 6 depending on fit desired. Please see measurements below.
